Welcome to Job Town Custom Apparel (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Site.

1. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not in a way that may infringe on the rights of others, disrupt operations, or violate applicable laws.

2. Products and Services

  • Job Town Custom Apparel specializes in custom apparel, uniforms, lifestyle apparel, accessories, vinyl decals, and related merchandise.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors, sizes, and placement of designs may vary due to production methods (HTV, DTF, sublimation, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without notice.


3. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Sales tax will be applied as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.


4. Custom Orders and Proofs

  • Custom designs will be produced exactly as approved by the customer. Please review all proofs carefully, as we are not responsible for errors (spelling, logos, colors, etc.) approved by the customer.
  • Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery to request a replacement or correction.
  • We do not accept returns for size issues, customer design errors, or normal wear and tear.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, graphics, text, and other content on our Site are the property of Job Town Custom Apparel or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
  • By submitting designs, logos, or artwork for custom products, you confirm you have the rights to use such materials and grant us permission to reproduce them for your order. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims of infringement.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Job Town Custom Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, products, or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.


9. Privacy Policy

  • Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Indiana.
